What is a Vision Partner?

Any organization, business, civic group, government entity, church, etc. that has volunteered to collaborate with other community members to implement the Vision and Strategic Plan. Vision Partners make individual strategies reality.

Vision Partner Responsibilities

1. Adopt strategies

2. Form Strategic Alliances where appropriate

3. Create Strategy Benchmarks

4. Develop Action steps to accomplish the strategy and meet the Strategy Benchmark

5. Allocate resources required for strategy implementation

6. Include in all printed material, affiliation with Vision and link to web site

7. Generate progress reports

8. Participate in a periodic progress report of strategies and annual report of benchmarks

9. Review, revise, and refocus Action Steps when progress reports or benchmarks are negative
