| Henry Luke created the
Community Vision Process and facilitated the first Vision in Jacksonville, Florida in
1983. Since then, he has facilitated Community
Vision or Community Strategic Planning
in over sixty
communities in eighteen states or countries.
The communities have varied
geographically from Spokane, WA to Memphis, TN; Minot, ND; Richmond, VA; Schuylkill, PA;
Curaco, Netherlands Antilles
and varied in size from metro Atlanta to Gillette, WY.
