The concept of Collaborative Implementation by Vision Partners continues to grow in importance and success.  At least one Vision Partner per 2,000 residents is the initial target. 

The Vision Partners concept works because public and private organizations that are implementers endorse the Vision and commit to help make it reality.  They adopt those strategies they can incorporate and effectively implement within their mission, purpose and scope of operation or in Strategic Alliances with other organizations.  Each Vision Partner or Strategic Alliance establishes Strategy Benchmarks to measure annual progress for the specific strategies they adopt and then develop Action Steps for implementation.

Implementation is by Vision Partners. Leadership, motivation, facilitation and communications from the Steering Committee, six Foundation Teams, Communications Team and Benchmark Team help maintain alignment, interdependence and sustainability.
